    The spa facilities are really good and deserve a 10 out of 10. The staff were friendly.

    The location is inconveniently distant from attractions, necessitating taxis or rideshare options. Housekeeping services were inconsistent and could have improved significantly.

    Liked to spend 3 days in our new-fashioned a double room with all the amenities and the bedroom, for instance. The location was quiet - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

    Had cold breakfast, it might be better.

    Enjoyed the amazing spa facilities and the relaxing sauna, definitely helped me unwind after a long day. Just wish there were a few more breakfast options, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😌

    Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Luxurious and comfortable rooms, enormous breakfast buffet! Outside the city centre area but only 10 min taxi ride - perfect place to unwind after a busy vacation day!

    I crushed the local eats, especially at Bar Restaurante Vade Retro and SOMOS Restaurant & Lounge-killer flavors and vibes! The spa was on point. Perfect for a post-adventure chill. Plus, breakfast had some fab selections. Seemed like a feast!

    But, man, I was blindsided by the €20 pool fee-total buzzkill after a long trek! And the shower was as slippery as a samba dancer. Made me a bit nervous, to say the least.

    The hotel is beautiful and very well located. I love the decoration, the colours and the light The staff is very attentive and helpful. The breackfast is excellent The hotel is near Serralves and is easy to go to the seaside or the highway out of town.

    The internet on the computers available to the clients was not working properly.

    The junior suite was spacious, and the large balcony was a great spot to relax. The spa was fabulous, offering great treatments. The restaurant had very tasty breakfasts, and fresh fruits awaited us upon arrival.

    There are plenty of nice design details to pay attention around the hole hotel. The rooms were well thought out, clean and comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice experience.

    Bathroom was nice, good shower and bath.

    The room was not supplied with bathrobe as quoted. The beds was not double but singles pushed together, there was no free water, no kettle, no coffee maker, the aircon was very noise and had to be turned off at night, hotel was noisy from inside noise and traffic. definitely not 5 star!
